Summary: Nice hotel and helpfull staff, but plauged by noise from permanent residents on upper floor. Apparantly an ongoing problem, because we got another, slightly less noisy, room immediately when mentioning this to reception.

Summary: Center of the Civitanova near beach (not sandy, rock) very cute hotel and the staff. breakfast can be better. i recommend. Very good Restaurant under the hotel.

Summary: Lovely hotel in the centre of the city. The room was very spacious and bed very comfortable; good shower as well and yummy breakfast. The staff at the property were extremely kind and helpful and polite. One small frustration was the kitchen area in our room - we were told that if we use it, we would need to pay extra for it, however, we thought we already paid for it by renting this room! It also wasn’t very well equipped for something that you need to it extra for. Overall a really great stay and would highly recommend Hotel Dimorae to others.
